Kendall Jenner was a sight to behold in her Easter dress!

The same can be said for her Easter dress, a flowing floral-print ensemble perfect for Spring! There is however, a small detail fans have refused to overlook: the dress worn by Kendall is the same one worn by Selena Gomez in her music video for her song De Una Vez. Selenators aren’t happy about this coincidence, and neither are the model’s fans!

Did Kendall Jenner Steal Selena Gomez’s Iconic Look?

The Internet was quick to compliment Kendall on her look for the day, but fans of the singer have dubbed Gomez as the original “trendsetter”. The model’s celebrity friends had great things to say about her new look.

Hailey Bieber wrote “My little Easter chicken lady,” Scotty Cunha shared “Omg you are so cute and a dream!!!!” Mary Philips added “Picture Perfect.”

Selenators weren’t having it! “That’s Sel’s dress,” a fan wrote while another said “Omg this dress looks like the one from the Una Vez video from Sellie!”

Some fans regarded the coincidence was simply because Kendall was “inspired” by Selena’s outfit, but other users jumped into a game of who wore it better, naming Selena as the undefeated winner.

Kendall’s enthusiastic fans went on to share that the model sported the dress originally in January, for a shoot with Vogue China. She decided to bring it home with her simply because she loved it!

There might be some tension between Kendall Jenner and Selena Gomez’s fans, but here’s what has convinced them there might be some enmity between the women. Earlier today, Kendall replied to a fan’s tweet which mentioned the model “pulled off the dress better than anyone” and wrote, “had to take it home from set.”

Selenators believe Kendall knowingly threw shade at the singer even though she was the first to wear the dress. The since-deleted tweet has captured the attention of Selena’s fans who are disappointed with the model’s attempt at stealing her style.
